Serhii Reznichenko
Graduate Student
Serhii is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. He graduated from Miami University in 2024 with an M.S. in Computer Science. Prior to joining the Computational Cardiology Lab, Serhii conducted research focused on application and comparison of deep learning and conventional machine learning techniques to ECG analysis. His research interests include application of deep learning and statistical methods to address clinical challenges.
Currently, Serhii is currently working on two primary research projects. The first project involves enhancing the segmentation model of the left atrium from computed tomography scans. The second project involves developing a predictive model of heart failure based on electrocardiogram (ECG) signals.
Outside of research, Serhii enjoys cooking and running. Please feel free to contact to Serhii (sreznic1@jh.edu) if you are eager to learn more about his research.
